Best platform games on the planet. The design level is pretty unique. The twist of your expectations makes you not to get bored out of repetition. Lets everyone play whatever way is most comfortable to them.

Incredibly charming and fun to play and a joy to look at. Its papercraft world should put a smile on any Vita owner's face.
Zoo Tycoon : (360, Xbox One)
Brings a classic franchise back in style on Xbox. You will learn management easily here. In fact you can play a surprising amount of the game by walking as a zookeeper avatar all round your zoo or on a buggy.
Pikmin 3 : (Wii U)
Most played game on the console to date. A game to enjoy every second with. A little real-time strategy game of course. Control and leadership tasks get the core of you. Next the timing and planning skills. Missions with objectives coupled with multi-playing times are entertaining. Totally a charming and an addictive game.
Rayman Legends : (360, PS3, Wii U)
Most fun 2D platform games of recent history. Recent Mario games even don't match this. Everyone gets involved with the game as your action directly influence the song.
Animal Crossing: New Leaf (3DS)
Perfect for the 3DS. A lot of features are directly under your control. Discovery of items is a lot of fun. Perfect for the hand-held format- most addicting life simulations you'll find on any platform.

Need for Speed: Rivals (360, PS3, PS4, Xbox One)
A great arcade racing game for your new console. The game merely boots up, finds other players for you and goes..Lets you play both a street racer and a cop and switching the roles.
Fire Emblem: Awakening (3DS)
A game of quality turn-based strategy action, more than just a great Fire Emblem game. One of the most accessible game in the series yet and one of the better games to grace the 3DS. Provides a lot of great depth for people who really want a challenge. While the game is still challenging, I think this change makes it much more beginner friendly, while maintaining the more "hardcore" option for longtime fans.

The newest game is extremely popular with teenage players. However it's rated "M" - mature.

Assassin’s Creed IV : (360, PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Wii U,

Makes plundering the seas a blast. It combines the best elements of previous series with some really addictive sailing and ship combat. A standout for PS4 and Xbox One.
Grand Theft Auto V : (360, PS3)
A technical marvel with amazing graphics and an impressively lively world. A great setting for a pretty great crime story.
Dead Rising 3 : (Xbox One)
Slaughter thousands of zombies in increasingly ridiculous ways. The seamless open world and new vehicle combinations are fantastic additions to the series 'tried and true game play'.
The Wolf Among Us (PC, 360, PS3, iOS)
Takes the fairy tale characters. Has plenty of intrigue and mystery to make it worthwhile even if you've never read the comics.
Tomb Raider : (360, PS3, PC)
Successfully tells the origin story of Lara Croft, with style.
The Last of Us : (PS3)
Combining incredibly realistic and free-flowing combat with
an amazing cast and a haunting ending.
Killzone: Shadow Fall (PlayStation 4)
The gripping end game fight of 50 enemies packed into a single room was among the most nail-biting segments of the year.
BioShock Infinite - (Playstation 3, 360, PC)
An exercise in strategy at higher difficulty levels. The final combat section was more exhausting than exhilarating. A gorgeous world with unparalleled story!
